About RCMG Volunteer Awards
Each year Ramsey County Master Gardener volunteers have an opportunity to nominate fellow volunteer who has provided exceptional initiative and service for at least 3 years on an approved organization project. Nominations can be submitted at any time during the year but must be submitted by the end of October to be considered.
The RCMG Board, or a designated sub-committee, will review all nominations to identify a winner. If there is no qualified nominee during a year, no award will be given that year.
The awards are presented at the January membership meeting. A plaque for each of these awards can be found in the conference room at the Barn. Each year, the winners' names, projects, and year-of-award is added to the plaque.
