Demonstration Gardens

 

The Ramsey County Master Gardeners manage a series of demonstration gardens at the Maplewood Extension Office including:

  • Raised garden beds

  • University of Minnesota Plant Trials

  • Ornamental container gardens

  • Native pollinator garden and Monarch Way Station

  • Rain garden

  • Large vegetable garden

  • Small, square-foot vegetable garden

  • Herb garden

  • Low-maintenance garden

Request a tour

Contact the Ramsey County Master Gardener Volunteer Program to request a tour of all or some of the demonstration gardens, guided by a Master Gardener volunteer. This is best for small groups of people.
