Creating a new Account

1. To log in to the new website, go to www.ramseymastergardeners.org. Once there, you’ll see the home page, like the picture below. In the upper right corner, you’ll see the words Log In. Click on this to get started.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
    

2. A pop up should appear that looks like this picture on the right.
   Don’t type in these boxes yet! Click on words Sign Up at the top. 
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
    

3. A new pop up should appear that looks like this picture to the right.
   Type in your First Name, Last Name, email address and create a password.
   (Your first and last name are optional however, you must enter in the email you’ve
   used previously for Ramsey County Garden Education Volunteer Program
   correspondence.)

4. Review the information. Make sure your email and password are correct because you cannot change these if you make a mistake.

5. Check the boxes

   • "I am an approved Ramsey County Garden Education Volunteer or Intern."

   • "I'm not a robot."
      

6. Click Submit. Once you do, you’ll see the following message shown below.

From here, the Ramsey County Garden Education Volunteer Program Webteam will confirm that you are a Ramsey County Garden Education Volunteer or Intern and approve your membership. This may take a day or two. We do this by referencing the email you used to sign up with the email address you've used previously for your Garden Education Volunteer information. If you used a different email to sign up for this site, please let us know at rcmgwebteam @ gmail.com.

 

Log Into the Website
Once we approve your membership, you’ll get an email letting you know that you can now
log into the new website.

1. To log in to the new website, go to www.ramseymastergardeners.org. 

2. In the upper right corner, click on the words Log In.

3. A pop up should appear that looks like this picture on the right.

4. Enter your email address and password into the boxes.

5. Click Log In.

6. If you ever forget your password, you can use the Forgot Password? option
   at the bottom of the log in box.
