About This Role
The A/V Support Team members for an event should plan to arrive at the meeting location 45 minutes before the meeting start time for set up. The equipment will be available at the location when the Progam Coordinator arrives and the Program Coordinator will likewise return equipment to the office afterward.
Volunteers will help pack up the equipment when the meeting ends. If any equipment is missing or broken, please inform the Program Coordinator.

Record volunteers hours immediately after completing the event. Log Hours Here
Before meeting
Volunteers are responsible for setting up the laptop, microphone, slide advancer, and projector. They will get the presentations for the event loaded and ready for the speakers.
During meeting
Volunteers will switch presentations between speakers if needed and remind speakers to stand in view of the camera for the people at home and fix things if things go wrong. The volunteers make sure the Zoom meeting is being recorded, that the audio is working so people at home can hear, that the laptop is correctly capturing the presentation, and relays questions and comments to the speaker(s) from the audience at home. They can coordinate with the Zoom Aide for the event.
After meeting
Volunteers are responsible for packing the equipment back in the yellow crate for transportation by Darren.
