May Update - Climate Responsiveness Team

Earlier this year, a group of RCMG volunteers came together to form a Climate Responsiveness Team to participate in the University of Minnesota's Climate Action Leadership Course and to brainstorm ways that RCMG can increase support for climate adaptation and mitigation horticultural practices.
After several thoughtful conversations, the Climate Responsiveness Team has identified a handful of goals to work towards over the next year, including reviewing how climate responsiveness is currently included in RCMG projects and how project leads could be supported in further incorporating this material.
The Climate Responsiveness Team has put together a brief survey for RCMG volunteers—specifically project leads and co-leads—with an opportunity to schedule a short, individualized conversation with a Climate Responsiveness Team member. These surveys will be sent out to all RCMG project leads starting the week of May 19th.
