Volunteers who take on a leadership role in RCMG are one of the many keys to our success

Project Leads and volunteers participate in the Spring Train-the-Trainer at the Extension (Barn) classroom

A lot has changed inside RCMG since the pandemic of 2020. Among them is a lot of new resources, tools and best practices for those volunteers who start and manage volunteer activities and projects. In March 2025, there was a new Train-the-Trainer workshop that focused on tools for project leads and co-leads. The training covered the following areas.
