Your time and talents make RCMG great!
Thank you for sharing your time and talents with the Ramsey County Master Gardener Volunteer Program this past year. We've had a great year and we're looking forward to sharing some of the stories and successes from 2022 in the coming weeks.
Your Time is Valuable
As a reminder, please get credit for all the great work you've done as Master Gardener Volunteers and record your volunteer and continuing education hours BEFORE 12/23. During the last week of 2022 and the first week of 2023, the University IT team is not available to help and the State database goes through end-of-year updates. If you enter hours for 2022 in January 2023, they will not be counted towards your 2022 goals.
Check the Directory
You should have received an email from Brianna in November about preparing for the 2023 Volunteer Directory. The directory is one of our most-used tools for volunteers. It lists contact information for program and project leaders, and for each of our volunteers, making it easier for you to connect for projects in the community.
If you have not responded yet, please check that we have your contact information correct for the RCMG Volunteer Directory BEFORE December 20. If you want to make changes, please submit them using this online form HERE.
Happy Holidays and wishing you all the best in 2023!
Thank you again for all that you do. Our organization is stronger for having you as a member.

COVID-19 Safety Update
The current COVID-19 Community level is LOW. That said, we will continue to encourage all volunteers to wear a face cover or mask when participating in in-person and indoor activities regardless of vaccination status. The main page of the State Master Gardener website (z.umn.edu/mgweb) has some good information and updates on COVID-19 as well as low-contact, work-from-home volunteer opportunities.
