RCMG Train-the-Trainer workshops provide additional education to Master Gardener volunteers, often covering a specific horticultural topic or volunteering skill.
The Fall 2021 Train-the-Trainer workshop offered three classes, including the newest Speakers Bureau class, "Fall into Winter". The day-long workshop was taught online via Zoom. All MGs & interns who are interested in learning more about the offered topics are welcome to sign-up. The sessions are taught separately; volunteers signed-up for the sessions they wished to attend.

Editing Articles, taught by Tina Hammer, demonstrates how to take a good article and make it great through proofreading and editing.
Fall Into Winter, taught by Brianna Gohde teaches how to put your garden to bed in this class, which provides information about what to do for your garden and landscape between September and February. This class is offered as part of the Speakers Bureau and resources are available to all RCMG volunteers.
Taking Great Smartphone Photos, taught by Stacy Sola teaches how to take great garden photographs using your smartphone. The class covered the basics of composition, techniques and technology to take your photographs to the next level.
